One more quick post before I call it a night. I just lost to Panthers 14-10. I am not going to go into all the statistics, but I am getting better passing (Shockley is serviceable, average at best, but I like him better than Harrington), while rushing is still hit or miss. I controlled everything about this game except for turnovers (-1) and the final score. I had a chance to win, but could not convert on a last minute drive.
The best news of all? A single turnover, which was a Dunn fumble on a vicious hit. The bad news is that a Panther picked up the ball, promptly fumbled, then a second Panther gathered the ball and returned it sixty something yards for a TD. That was the difference in the game. A very enjoyable one at that.
