I’m not talking about World of Warcraft this time. I had Sprint as a carrier many years ago. I left very quickly and was a long time Cingular customer until my office got a deal from Nextel. I was happy with Nextel until Sprint purchased them and I went back to Cingular.

Now comes this article that shows why Sprint sucks. I hate that company.

  1. Wow is right! Then again, if I have to call customer support more than 2-3 times, I am done with that company. It almost happened with Dell, until they reached out and contacted me. Could you imagine how much time you have to have on your hands to call customer support over and over (100’s of times a month)?
