{"id":767,"date":"2006-12-31T17:58:50","date_gmt":"2006-12-31T21:58:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.calvertgames.com\/cgblog\/2006\/12\/31\/wow-convert\/"},"modified":"2006-12-31T17:58:50","modified_gmt":"2006-12-31T21:58:50","slug":"wow-convert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.calvertgames.com\/cgblog\/2006\/12\/31\/wow-convert\/","title":{"rendered":"WoW Convert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is official.\u00a0 I am a WoW addict.\u00a0 So says my wife.\u00a0 The last couple of days I have played with several groups of people, the most memorable of which was a five-party team (mage\/myself, rouge, hunter, warrior, and another mage) and a three-party team (mage\/myself, and two hunters).\u00a0 The game is leaps and bounds more fun when playing with a group.\u00a0 It is not that is that bad of a game when going solo, but playing in a group (at least a good group) is a great experience.<\/p>\n<p>I have been playing WoW at the expense of every other game in my library.\u00a0 It is so bad that I am seriously considering a major closet cleaning, and just keeping to a few basic games that I \u201chave to have\u201d when I am not playing WoW.<\/p>\n<p>It is still hit or miss when joining a group; you never know what you are going to get.\u00a0 When the experience is \u2013 let\u2019s say \u2018mature\u2019 \u2013 then there are rich rewards (not to be confused with loot), but when the group is not so \u2018mature\u2019 then it just down right sucks.<\/p>\n<p>My only other real complaint is that I accidentally mailed some items to one of my other characters, but I misspelled the name, so someone else got my mail!\u00a0 That pretty much sucks, and the WoW support was not much help.\u00a0 They said there was nothing I could do, but the mail may be returned after 30-days if undelivered.\u00a0 I guess it is not that big a deal;
