I was not expecting DC BVG to be the first ATL coordinator out the door.  That was kind of surprising.  I always thought that VanGorder a good job of working with what was available.  Mind you, I\u2019m not saying BVG is irreplaceable; I think the Falcons should be able to make an improvement.  Really depends on how respected <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atlantafalcons.com\/2012\/01\/transcript-mike-smith-monday-news-conference-19\/\" onclick=\"__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/www.atlantafalcons.com\/2012\/01\/transcript-mike-smith-monday-news-conference-19\/', 'Head Coach Mike Smith');\" target=\"_blank\">Head Coach Mike Smith<\/a> is among the coaching ranks \u2026 about to find out shortly.  My guess is that the Falcons will come out better.
