On many levels I did not expect Georgia to win, but I never expected the Bulldogs to virtually give the game away.<\/p>\n<p>In every game there are always several \u2018what ifs\u2019 \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Walsh, one of the best FG kickers in the country missed a 33 yard FG attempt that would have put Georgia up 9-0.  What if he did not go wide left?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What if the refs didn\u2019t call UGA off-sides when the Dawgs recovered a surprise on-side kick?<\/li>\n<li>What if true freshman Isaiah Crowell doesn\u2019t fumble the ball away with Georgia up 20-14 and driving?<\/li>\n<li>What if Georgia\u2019s o-line could actually block and\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0completely miss an assignment allowing SC to cream Murray, force a fumble, and put SC up by 10 with 3 minutes and change left in the game?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, taking nothing away from South Carolina (I could still call \u2018em the Fighting Chickens, but why bother), the <a href=\"http:\/\/georgia.scout.com\/2\/1105133.html\" onclick=\"__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/georgia.scout.com\/2\/1105133.html', 'Dawgs gift wrapped a win for South Carolina');\" target=\"_blank\">Dawgs gift wrapped a win for South Carolina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It sucks to already start looking towards next year.<\/p>\n<div class=\"addtoany_share_save_container addtoany_content_bottom\"><div class=\"a2a_kit a2a_kit_size_ addtoany_list a2a_target\" id=\"wpa2a_1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.addtoany.com\/share\" onclick=\"__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'outbound-article', 'https:\/\/www.addtoany.com\/share', '');\" class=\"a2a_dd addtoany_share_save\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.calvertgames.com\/cgblog\/wp-content\/plugins\/add-to-any\/share_save_171_16.png\" width=\"171\" height=\"16\" alt=\"Share\"\/><\/a>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\nif(wpa2a)wpa2a.script_load();\n\/\/--><\/script>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tough loss last night for the Dawgs; South Carolina 45 \u2013 42 Georgia.
